  • What does your monthly support contracts cover?

    Our monthly support contracts are designed and tailored to meet your business’ specific requirements.

     

    Our comprehensive support packages include remote management, comprehensive network security, cybersecurity threat management, cloud-based solution backups, unlimited user support, unlimited server support and several other options.

  • How much do your monthly contracts (Managed Services Agreement) cost?

    With our monthly support contracts, your individual business needs define the pricing – not a vendor-imposed "package deal". Each of our clients’ individual business process differs significantly from the next, so we’ve tailored our pricing structure to meet your specific business objectives.   • What kind of Internet connection do I have on our system?

    A simple DSL or cable connection would be more than adequate for a small or mid-sized company. There is no need for an expensive dedicated T1 connection unless your office your office size demands it.

  • What is the best way to block hackers, viruses, unwanted pop-ups and banners?

    Proactive steps are the key to blocking online attacks and by following these easy defensive maneuvers.

    • Make sure your firewall and operating system are up-to-date

  • How quickly can I access my data in a case of emergency?
